| This is a contract position at Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. SUMMARY: Establish cost-effective technical solutions that meet the customers with Lotus Notes applications business needs. The developer must define the scope and requirements to include scheduling, estimating, and quality control. Once the customer has approved these, the developer will plan, coordinate and direct analysis, design, development of the information management solutions. The developer must also identify, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve problems with the aim of eliminating recurrences problems. If necessary, they need to coordinate with other Information Techology areas to implement the solution or resolve problems. Additionally, the developer is responsible for compliance with departmental policies and processes and for performing all duties and activities in a safe and ethical manner. Requires 2 years relevant information systems developement experience. A qualified candidate should be someone who can work independently • Have extensive LotusScript experience • Proficient making enhancements to an existing product • Handle their work queue and complete projects according to schedule constraints To be qualified for this position a candidate must have • 2 Years Lotus Notes Applications Development experience • LotusScript experience and Notes Client • Knowledge of SQL Language, Windows XP/2000, Domino Developer • Excellent communication skills (English language) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Documentation must be provided to ensure supportablity of the system. • New Analytical Services Requests (NASR - XLWD08NOT) – This application is an automated tool to manage and track sample-related interactions between laboratory and customer personnel. NASR is utilized to submit and receive routine and special/non-routine samples and to determine the appropriate protocols for processing these samples. It is also intended to guide and document processes by which the customer requests a new or modified analytical service and by which the laboratory establishes readiness to support the requested service. It will interface/forward information to Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and STAR. The application is designed to be utilized across the Analytical Laboratory Project. The parts of this system that have already been developed need to be modified to meet security requirements. • Six Sigma Project Status (SSPS - Y4D1PRGIT) – This application tracks Six Sigma project status. It needs to be to meet security and reporting requirements. Documentation must be provided to ensure supportablity of the system. • Automated Procedure System (APS - WCEITSUPT) – This system automates the routing and approval of procedures. Once approved the procedures are then transmitted to DCR. It needs to meet security and reporting requirements. Documentation must be provided to ensure supportablity of the system. Additonally complete the conversion of DWPF’s procedures to APS. • Work for Others Easy (WFO Easy - LIOTHITDS) – Develop a system that collects, routes and approves WFO (Work For Others) packages. Collects and routes bid, proposal, and contract information for SRNL to perform work for non-federal and federal entities. • SRNL Electronic Hazard Analysis Package (SRNL EHAP - LIOTHHAPS) - This system is designed to allow users to enter data and answer questions regarding hazard analysis and to produce an output document that can be used by the lab technicians to detemine the types of hazards and control/mitigations involved each. Input from Subject Matter Experts and Managers are gathered during the process and is then routed to the appropriate managers for approval. Once approved, the output document is produced. It needs to meet security and reporting requirements. Documentation must be provided to ensure supportablity of the system. |
